They have a fantastic opportunity to join the Chamber as a Leadership & Management Skills Coach who will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional leadership and management training through apprenticeship and bespoke training programmes tolocal employers.

You’ll manage a caseload of management apprentices up to level 5, following internal delivery standards to ensure timely success rate of the apprenticeship programme is maintained.

In addition, as part of your role you will work with employers to develop an innovative, engaging curriculum and learning solutions, which develop and stretch the learner’s knowledge, skills and behaviours beyond the apprenticeship standard.

If you’re hardworking, share their passion for learning and development, and have a proven track record of Apprenticeship delivery or leadership training experience, then they want to hear from you.

Applicants also need to possess the ability to design and deliver both engaging and innovating management training programmes, preferably level 3 TAQA qualified and/or have a level 5 or above qualification in Leadership and Management (or the equivalentindustry experience).

Whilst being based in St Helens you will be required to travel across Merseyside and surrounding areas, so the use of a car is essential.
