To provide an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective appointment booking service. To provide comprehensive reception, clerical and typing support for the Posture & Mobility Service, demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times. The post-holder is expected to prioritise, manage his/her time and demonstrate a high degree of flexibility.

To be part of a cohesive and integrated admin function of the service. By the nature of the duties, the post-holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, carers, relatives, medical staff and other service users, using the telephone and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times.

The Posture & Mobility Service is looking for an individual to join the Admin team to provide a reception and administrative duties.

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed team member with attention to detail and strong communication skills to join our department. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate tact and sensitivity, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will also need to have good IT skills and have previous experience in a role involving patient or customer contact.

Flexibility, team working and wiliness to help others are a requirement for this post and you will need to be able to use your own initiative to ensure your work is processed and prioritised efficiently.
