**About the Opportunity**

Do you have what it takes to join our team as one of our PPD Assistants? We are looking for people who are dynamic and driven will help ensure our customers experience our famous hospitality when visiting us over the festive period

Our PPD Assistants are flexible and dynamic, working with accuracy in a fast-paced environment is key to ensure that all our customer ecommerce orders are picked, packed and dispatched within a timely manner.

You will live and breathe our values, work with passion and pride and thrive off the day-to-day operation of the PPD department alongside a dedicated team of colleagues.

We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed
- A proven track record in a customer-facing role within a similar business - Desirable but not Essential
- A strong interest in premium and luxury brands and retail
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- You will be invited to one of our Get to know Fenwick experience days in September at a time that suits you to gain a valuable insight into the role and our business._
- We have contracts available starting from September and you will start with us as soon as possible up until November. All contracts will require you to be available evenings, weekends and over the festive period including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day (depending on your rota)._
