Please note, this role is an office-based position in Bournemouth.

**What do we offer our Call Centre Agents?**

- **A Generous Basic Salary**:Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after 3 months and up to £45,000 as a senior.
- **Uncapped Commission**: Realistic OTE of £80,000, however our top performers are earning in excess of £100,000 per annum.
