Our well established client in Edgware is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor's to join the team on a temporary/ temporary to permanent basis.

**Key Details**

Contract - Temporary/temporary to Permanent

Location - Edgware

Salary - £10.00 - £11.00 per hour plus holiday allowance

Hours - 40 hour week, Monday to Sunday - Done on a 2 week rotation shift pattern - between the hours 7am to 10pm

**Role and Responsibilities**

**Inbound** - answer inbound telephone calls from customers across multiple campaigns

**Outbound** - make outbound telephone calls for set campaigns

To handle and resolve customer queries

Using client systems and web based systems to handle customer calls.

Booking Customers in for campaigns on client systems

Ability to work in a team environment - ensure all calls are answered in a timely manner.

Keep an accurate record of all customer details and other data.

**To be successful for this role you will need to have previous experience within Customer Service and have an enthusiastic and warm, bubbly personailty.
