**The Opportunity**: We are recruiting for a technically strong individual as part of our growing Dispute

Resolution Department. We require someone who wants to be part of a progressive,

ambitious and commercially successful, but also friendly, firm.

Residential Property Litigation. This role involves building on what is currently a small

mixed case load of residential and commercial property litigation work, both litigated

and pre-proceedings, as well as capitalising on the strong internal referrals from our

Commercial and Residential Property teams, the Commercial Property team having
