We are looking for a physically fit, hard working & friendly person to join our kitchen team on a part time basis. Working 1 or 2 days/week, 8 hour shifts, Saturday and/or Sunday.

This role may suit someone at school or college so no experience necessary, just a strong work ethic. More hours available in school holidays.

You will join a fantastic team of people who are working together to develop a beautiful place to visit.

Here are the main duties involved:

- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
- Collect and wash up pots and pans.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.

In addition to keeping the kitchen sparkling clean, our Kitchen Porters can be involved in food preparation if that is of interest (food hygiene qualification can be provided).
