Credit Risk Analyst

**Job Summary**

Effectively manage credit risk through, credit limit reviews, order sign off and new customer creation while being compliant to all company procedures and legislative requirements.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

**Cash Collection**
- Support credit control team to ensure cash collection KPI’s are achieved.
- Work with EFC in order to facilitate the allocation of all credit and debit write off.
- Prepare accounts for legal collection.
- Ensure all legal collections are correctly documented for monthly management review.

**Risk Management**
- Support EFC Credit Risk Manager with use of credit reference agency.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained for SOX compliance.
- Produce monthly report on high-risk accounts.
- Ensure that authorisation of order release and credit limits comply with credit policy.

**Teamwork**
- Provide cover as and when required for other team members
- Ensure order sign offs are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Supply credit control with monthly credit information.

**Communication**
- Professional approach to all internal and external clients.
- Communicate effectively between departments.
- Answer the telephone promptly and professionally.
- Inform credit managers of any changes to company policy’s.
