My client are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries, providing both management end employees with support handling queries in a professional and prompt manner. Salary: £35,000 There will be some travel to local sites expected - Support managers with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, absence management, performance and disciplinary and grievances - Coach and guide managers on best practice - Assist with HR related projects ensure delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard - Provide wellbeing support - Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices - Generate MI and data analysis - Support with the development of the junior HR team. Required - Ideally CIPD Level 5 - Confident in handling complex cases - Ability to work autonomously - Have a can do attitude
