We have multiple vacancies for Senior Project Managers to join our Change and Transformation function. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for playing a key role in the end-to-end management and delivery of projects and programme work-streams,with a large focus on IT-based projects. This is an excellent next step for an experienced Project Manager to move into a large-scale Financial Services organisation, who are known for their support and culture of continuous improvement.

**Your Role with Us**:

- You will be pivotal in the leadership, management and delivery of change projects or programme work-streams, ensuring project deadlines are met within budget and scope
- Leading the overall planning of project and management of resources, including well developed contingency plans to deliver the agreed solutions
- You will establish an effective project organisation structure and be responsible for project team shaping, building, development, management, and motivation of the team
- You will be responsible for the commercial aspect of the end-to-end project and the quote and billing to the client
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and key customers

- Good understanding of IT concepts
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Understanding the full project lifecycle
- Ideally an understanding of life and pensions and actuarial awareness
- Drive for quality and service
