**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Gardener to join our small team here at Nanhoron. Nanhoron is a private family estate consisting of two walled gardeners, one ornamental with sweeping borders and mature trees, the other a kitchen garden where produce and flowers for the house are cultivated, The garden extends into the parkland through a woodland garden to a unique dingle which houses a large number of specimen trees, azaleas and rhododendrons. We are currently growing our small team with a view to restoring and expanding area of the garden, particularly the woodland. A basic knowledge of plants is essential but the most important this is an interest in them as there will be scope to learn on the job.

You will work closely with two other members of staff and report directly to the Head Gardener. A driving license is essential as we operate a small tractor and ride on machinery. Competency with machinery such as hedge cutters, terrestrial mowers and strimmers would be beneficial.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
