The initial piece of work will require a Head of CASS/CASS Manager to oversee the implementation of CASS framework including a new CASS monitoring and oversight tool which is to be integrated into the business. You will be working in a Project Managementcapacity, working with the businesses across the group affected by CASS rules and with the support of the SI team, you will lead the implementation, as well as overseeing CASS operations through this process.

In addition to the CASS framework, the tool is also sought to improve the group from an operational risk standpoint and the Project Manager will lead the integration of this tool with the group wide operational risk management and control. The aim is toensure the business is able to achieve ISAE3402 accreditation and the Project Manager will be required to ensure the business process and control framework is brought forward inline with typical ISAE3402/SOC1 standards.

Upon completion it is expected that the Project Manager will have created a robust CASS and Operational Risk framework that will add real value to the group and detailed supporting documentation library.

Previous wealth/asset management experience as a Head of CASS Oversight / CF10a would be beneficial.
