We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to join the Technology Operations Development & Projects Team in our Technology Division. The Technical Project Coordinator will manage small technical projects, encompassing both development of systems, infrastructure, networks and operations tooling.

The projects are of a technical nature to ensure we continue to operate on supported Infrastructure and operating systems and require understanding of those aspects of technology and ability to work with technical SMEs. It also includes the management, oversight, and delivery of other initiatives and smaller activity to ensure that IT service provided by Technology Operations continues to operation on supported services across our locations.

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Performing day-to-day control of smaller technical projects within Technology Operations including preparing and presenting progress, issues, budget to the appropriate steering committee and managing suppliers.
- Providing estimates of workload and costs for activities and tasks within a project and sub-projects
- Ensuring that projects meet user requirements in accordance with agreed standards of quality and service.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within each of the business areas that their projects cover.
- Managing third parties to agree responsibilities for deliverables and track progress against milestones.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Capable of supporting and running technical infrastructure or technical tooling projects
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience with taking ownership of issues impacting project delivery and managing them through to resolution, minimising the impact on project objectives
- Ability to work under pressure and balance priorities to retain focus where needed.
- Ability to harnesses the combined skills and knowledge of the project and wider teams to contribute to problem resolution
- Capable of displaying a broad range of communication techniques and strong written and verbal communication skills.
