Main purpose of Role:
Provision of operational documentation and materials to support the customer services team to deliver client projects accurately, timely and to the relevant standards

Main responsibilities:
The Project Specialist is responsible for:

- Supporting new product introduction as required with the Project Management and Operational teams (e.g., Hazard Data sheets).
- Creation and maintenance of documentation (e.g., batch documentation, works orders). JDE data entry, updates and maintenance as required with support from Associate Project Managers, Project Managers and Business Unit Managers.
- Liaising with Warehouse, Print Services, Artwork, Production and Quality teams to support project set-up and day-to-day activities.
- Production of study specific documentation to support the Project Managers to deliver client projects in an accurate and timely manner.
- Raising batch documents for work orders in good time prior to production, as defined by the production plan.
- Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators as defined by senior management. For example (but not limited to) On Time Delivery, revenue targets, Right First Time, Schedule Adherence, minimising stock requirements.
- Promotes continuous improvement in all aspects of Commercial packaging and contributes positively and proactively.
- Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) policies, procedures, rules.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Manager.

Work experience and skills required:
Essential
- Experience from an administrative background
- Awareness and understanding of GMP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure
- Discipline to work unsupervised
- Excellent planning and organising skills to multi-task various projects at different stages of development
- Self-motivated.
- Willingness to be flexible regarding working hours and willingness to take on extra responsibilities during busy periods
- Experience within a pharmaceutical/healthcare Company (desirable)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (desirable)
- Support continuous improvement activities (desirable)

Qualifications required:

- Maths and English GCSE, A-C or equivalent
