Digital Marketing Apprentice

It is almost a guarantee they will use LINIAN products. LINIAN clips are fast becoming the industry standard and the preferred method for a growing number of installers and specifiers. They now have over 100 cable fixing products, ensuring we have a solution to suit 1000’s of different cable types, with no need for screws, plugs, cleats or nail-in clips. The Digital Marketing Apprentice will work with the Marketing Manager and marketing team to achieve the overall business goals: increasing sales, supporting customers, building brand awareness, and getting more of LINIAN’s amazing time-saving products out there into hands of installers.

We don’t expect the apprentice to be experienced before joining LINIAN. The apprentice will receive full training and mentorship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Living and breathing the LINIAN brand guidelines - championing the LINIAN core values and ethos.
- Design - Using design software to create and edit basic digital marketing assets, including social media posts, web banners, and digital adverts.
- Website maintenance including adding blog posts, optimising for CEO, adding stockists to the LINIAN stockist map, adding new products, editing product descriptions, uploading catalogues and other documents.
- Business Administration: Using shared cloud storage systems, CRM software, preparing reports, using spreadsheets and updating databases.
- Content creation and publishing - drafting articles, blog posts, social media content, articles etc. Uploading to partner websites and submitting to advertising partners.
- Ad hoc Video and photography.
- Researching and keeping up to date with latest industry trends and topics.
- Identifying digital marketing opportunities and reporting to the Marketing team.
- Social media scheduling using digital content calendar software.
- Social media support including passing leads and enquires to the sales team.
- Supporting with product launches, trade shows and events.
- Liaising with marketing partners and suppliers.
- Supporting customers with their marketing needs including sharing the LINIAN digital marketing pack with new wholesale customers.

**Additional Information**:

- Salary - £10,000 to £16,00 per annum DOE
- Salary will increase with experience
- 35 hours/week, 9-5 Mon-Fri

**Future Career Progression**:

- There is the opportunity to eventually lead projects (perhaps setting up new social channels) and progress in various roles including Marketing Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Events Coordinator, Social Media Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Ecommerce Manager.
