We have an exciting opportunity to join LPM Restaurant & Bar in the heart of Mayfair. We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Head Sommelier to be part of our growing LPM family.

**What are we looking for in a Head Sommelier**:

- 2 years’ experience in a similar role with high-end service standards.
- Have a passion for wine and food.
- Able to train and develop their team.
- Preferred good knowledge of French wine.
- Are excellent team players.
- Are motivated and looking to develop their careers.
- Able to manage high turnover, demanding, expectation of 5-star service.
