**Internal Business Development Manager (BDM)**

**Location**:West Midlands

**Contract type**:Full time

**Salary**:Circa £25,000 basic salary + commission

We are hiring We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team and we are actively on the lookout for driven and energetic **Internal BDMs.**

**Purpose of the role**:
To give dedicated focus to one of our brand ranges, optimising sales potentials and closing sales efficiently and with confidence.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Contact potential, lapsed or existing customers to inform them about our products
- Develop a knowledge of our products
- Update and maintain accurate records of activity using our bespoke CRM system
- Achieving sales targets

**What skills are we looking for**:

- Ability to build professional and reliable relationships with current and potential customers in order to become their trusted Account Manager, whilst increasing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Effective and efficient at planning your time, making contact with your customer and potential customers via telephone, face to face and virtual meetings.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, Microsoft Office) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
