To support the Leicester manufacturing Health, Safety & Environment agenda to ensure that the site complies and operates to EHS Legislation and within the internal GEHSMS standards. To provide data analysis for performance tracking and EHS team support.

Collation and input of site EHS metrics and documentation
- Responsibility for integrity of admin systems and timeliness of reporting mechanisms
- Collate and input all weekly and period EHS data into MyEHS and other associated spreadsheets.
- Monitor myEHS events for critical stages and timelines, producing and collating KPI data

Ownership for EHS document control.
- Site go-to person for EHS document control
- Working with various site stakeholders for the management and upkeep of our document control processes
- Owner of the Document control master spreadsheet.

Support site GEHSMS agenda
- Be site Duty holder or deputy for relevant GEHSMS Standards
- Support EHS Specialists and EHSCs with data and administration for GEHSMS standards as required

Training and Employee support
- Support the EHS training element for Leicester site liaising with Crewing coordinators, Shift Operation managers, trainers and ensuring delivery of training to schedule. Ensure training records are uploaded.
- Provide assistance for site employees for various types of PPE issuing including non-standard PPE items working closely with the EHS team.
- Provide DSE administration duties for the site.

Other duties
- Support the front line teams with behavioural coaching as well as support for EHS concerns.
- Own MyBuy ordering and other admin duties for the EHS team.
- Own the first aid program for site, ensuring the first aiders have what they need, FA rooms are adequate and maintained and stocks are replenished.
- Collate information and support EHS manager with civil claims documentation as required ensuring all information is readily available.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
Personal attributes
- Tenacity - Able to drive issues through to completion and use their own initiative.
- Organisation - Able to plan and manages their own time to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed within time scale. Managing lots of requests and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Approachable and establishes good working relationships with all levels - in particular front line staff when supporting and interpreting their needs.

Knowledge and Technical skills
- Basic knowledge of EHS legislation
- Experience of using databases - MyEHS preferred but not essential, with an ability to problem solve if issues arise.
- Good Microsoft Excel knowledge essential

Experience / Competencies Required
- Previous EHS experience is an advantage
- PC skills for data collation and input in databases and Excel including using formulas, graphs and Power point for presentation material.
- A level of interpretation of data for the sustainability scorecard and review during MOH and directs costs meetings.
- MyBuy system purchasing system ordering
