Business Change Analyst Specialist

- Educated to a degree standard would be desirable but we also consider anyone at a graduate caliber with relevant experience
- 2+ years experience within Business Change
- Business specialist knowledge with a focus on Supply Chain and stock replenishment would be a great advantage
- Good communication, presentation and organisation skills. The ability to look at the introduction of a new way of working from the colleague/ users perspective and help build change management plans to successfully implement new technological solutions
- Confident working at all levels of the organisation (especially the Operational teams), especially in group meetings.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment with integrity and objectivity whilst working to strict deadlines.

**What will I be doing in the role?**

The specialism of this role will be Stock Replenishment

**Some key tasks will include**:

- Capturing and documenting business requirements through setting up and attending meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Compiling and assimilating information to assess the business benefits case relating to projects proposed to be managed by the Business Transformation Team. Setting-up and involvement in workshops for key business stakeholders and external service providers.
- Documenting findings from workshops.
- Reviewing workshop output with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) the benefits proposed by the brands and recommending process changes where necessary.
- Ensuring that changes made are fully documented and communicated to all involved parties.
