**Job Title**: Field Operations Executive

**Salary**: £27,000 DOE

**Location**: Watford (Flexible working available)

**Hours**: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 17:00

**Contract**: Permanent

THE ROLE

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Excellent organisation skills

An acute eye for detail

Excellent telephone manner

Strong MS Skills

Experience in field marketing is desirable but not essential

RESPONSIBILITIES

To control the working schedules of the field workers in line with client deadlines and KPI’s

To take ownership of central reporting tools to manage the completion rates and ensure targets are being met

Work with the client to deliver against set KPI’s and SLA’s

To develop and maintain the necessary operational processes and administrative procedures necessary for the smooth running of client projects.

To be proactive in all areas of operations

Work alongside the wider Client and Operations teams to ensure schedules and deadlines are cohesive with the companies’ wider objectives
