HR Assistant

Provide Employee References.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Support the HRBP managing absences.
- Organise the Company Induction Days.
- Assisting in any investigations, disciplinaries or grievance meetings; taking minutes and drafting invitations and outcome letters.
- To provide basic advice and guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and management.
- To ensure all basic queries are dealt with promptly, liaising with employees/managers as required and escalating issues to the HR BP as required.
- Undertake other tasks or activities as required by the HR BP/ HR Director; supporting on projects etc.
- Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.
- Undertake all activities in line with Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures and participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.

**Skills & Knowledge**

- MS Office suite - adept at PowerPoint, Excel and Word and HR System (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable)
- Accuracy/close attention to detail in recording or creating information in written and statistical format
- Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
- Logic, analytics and problem-solving for evaluating business metrics and determining ways to improve results
