**Job Description**:
As a Key holder at Weekday you are a role model for our brand by living our values. Your assignment is to support the management team on leading, inspiring and developing store/department team to optimize selling, provide excellent customer service and ensure a great shopping experience.

Key responsibilities
- Perform daily selling follow up and initiate actions accordingly to maximize selling
- Work efficient and set the right prioritizes
- Apply, drive and manage administrative and security procedures
- Participate and contribute in training of employees
- Keep yourself and the team up to date with weekly info and sales activities concerning the store/department
- Motivate and develop all colleagues.
- Responsible to open and close the store as Manager On Duty

This is a 30h permanent position.
