Key duties include:
Filing

Scanning & Photocopying

Stationary and Stocking

Greeting Clients

Assisting with calls

Keeping the workplace tidy

Collecting, sending scanning and distributing post

Opening files

I.D Checks

Dealing with client care packs when received back from clients

Further duties may include (for which training will be given)

Agents particulars/sales memos - requesting draft contracts

Requesting redemption statement / Sending redemption statements to clients

Chasing for completion dates

Calling clients, estate agents and solicitors

Sending packs out to lenders solicitors

Witnessing signatures on documents when required

Any other work within your capabilities and career aspirations
