**The Role**
To support and act as back up to management in operations and customer services to provide an efficient and effective administrative and customer support service to the team and to deal with customers in accordance with the Endura’s policies and procedures. You will be expected to support the different areas of the business in all aspects of administration. This is an office-based role.
You will be able to work on your own with minimum supervision and to take responsibility for decision making.
You will be expected to have a strong desire to make a real difference to each stakeholder you come in to contact with. You will do this by creating a wonderful experience, every time, as well as ensuring you have provided all the necessary product knowledge for them to select and purchase products that surpass their needs.
**The Person**
You will possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to be self-motivated. We need an individual with enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, with the ability to go the extra mile when required and willing to commit to giving the best experience possible.
You must a confident individual with the ability to build excellent relationships with our customers by establishing a natural and genuine rapport, and also be able to manage customers of any kind, you will be expected to learn the business operations and use this knowledge expertly when handling customers.

- day operations within the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with team to successfully meet and exceed results in all Service Centre Metrics; customer satisfaction, quality, employee relations, staffing, facilities, service levels, management development, training, process & procedures.
- Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
- Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services
- Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa
- Utilise customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations
- Update internal operation procedures as needed.
- Coordinate with the Managers and MD to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups.
- Participate in customer meetings and distribute minutes of meeting to the team. Sort and distribute mails to respective personnel.
- Store, file and retrieve corporate documents and reports as and when needed. Order, store and organise all office supplies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing letters and packages.
- Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
- Reconcile payments and receipts to various parties on time.
- Maintain logs and spreadsheets for all office and admin related activities
- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Good basic IT knowledge e.g. uploading software and database management
- Background in marketing
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to adapt your style according to the situation
- Ability to work on own initiative with flexible and adaptable approach to the demands of the role
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team player
- A can-do attitude and willingness to help others

**Essentials for the role**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude and a detailed oriented approach
- No criminal history
