INTO University of Exeter is currently looking to hire a Student Services Advisor to join their busy team.

The Student Services Advisor will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer service and provide administrative services in an efficient and timely manner, implementing INTO policy and procedure.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge and experience of all areas of work within the Student Services Department. Working within the wider Student Services Team you will contribute to ensuring a positive student experience.

The work location will be split between the INTO Centre and Duryard Halls.

Please note that occasional out of office hours and weekend working is a requirement of this post, for which time off in lieu will be given.

You will play an important part in providing high quality service to students, maintaining accurate records and supporting various activities that underpin the student experience. You will further develop your skills in problem-solving and communication, and gain experience in delivering high standards of service to enhance the student journey.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering high standards of customer service in a busy environment.
- Supporting the administrative work of the Student Services Department, including admissions, enrolment, assessment, student engagement, and meeting administration.
- Working with the Accommodation Team to prepare for arrival and departure of students.
- Supporting the Reception Team

**About you**:

- You will have excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Educated to A’ Level or equivalent.
- Approachable, warm and friendly and have the ability to be assertive and constructive when required.
- Experience of working in a busy customer focused environment.
- Experience of working with and implementing administrative systems
- Good IT skills with a familiarity of Microsoft Office, excel and publisher.
