**Spray Shop Quality Control Inspector**

**Location -**Denton, Manchester, M34 3SG

**Employment Type**Permanent, Full Time, 40 Hours a Week 7:00-15:30

**The Role**

To work alongside the other members of the Spray Shop team. The main role of the Quality Control Inspector is to prepare and inspect customers painted accessories to ensure that they are despatched with a high-quality finish

**Key Tasks**:

- Checking that finished products meet industry standards.
- Accept and reject completed work where necessary
- Ensuring all items are documented.
- Scanning of items and paperwork is correct.
- Colour checking to ensure item are sprayed in the correct colour.
- Pre spray check 10% incoming goods, to ensure quality from supplier satisfactory to spray
- Packing of finished goods
- Preparing items for despatch
- Processing orders into location
- Work with colleagues to ensure workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and complies with company standards and health and safety legislation at all times, adhering to the necessary Health and Safety regulations
- Possess a conscientious approach with a keen eye for details
- Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining quality.
- Follow instruction and be adaptable to any changes in the product line.
- Have the ability to work with a team in fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritise busy workloads and meet deadlines
- Must have a 'can-do 'attitude

**Work experience requirements**:

- Knowledge of the kitchen industry
- Knowledge of paint finishing.
- Knowledge and understanding of health & safety legislations, COSHH
