**Job Description**:
For sleeping night role, we are seeking Care Professionals to sleep at clients who need a bit of reassurance during the night in order to keep them in their own home, the place they cherish the most. For walking night role, Care Professional might be called couple of times to support the clients with the following duties but not limited to:

- Help in and out of bed
- Companionship
- Medication administering
- Personal care such as toileting or helping to dress

**Qualifications**:
You do not need any previous experience or qualifications in order to become a Care Professional as we will provide industry leading training to get you up to speed. However, we do look for people with the following:

- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships with our clients
- Bags of compassion, and a passion for supporting others
- Genuine interest in becoming a part of a caring, mission led organisation, who pride themselves on delivering an outstanding service

**Qualifications**:
There aren't any qualifications required to become a Care Professional, but for night workers a year's experience in care is preferred.
- You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, you just need to be a genuine caring person and have a big heart.
- You must have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service, and be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
- Car and Full Driving licence are desirable.

Additional Information

Generally, night shifts start at **10pm and finish at 8am**. This may be slightly altered to suit the clients needs.
