Eden Brown are working with a residential biased Architectural studio based in Bristol seeking a talented and experienced architectural technologist / technician to join our team working on a range of projects. You must be proficient in Revit and have experience in developing detailed construction information.

**Key attributes include**:

- Architectural Technician / Technologist with minimum 3 years experience
- Experience working at RIBA Work Stages 3-6 and the ability to coordinate with the wider design team
- Ability to clearly present technical information
- Able to liaise with other consultants and professionals to develop detailed design and resolve technical details
- A team player with good communication skills, motivated, collaborative, and passionate with attention to detail
- Experience and proficiency in writing NBS specifications
- Working knowledge of the UK Building Regulations
- A high level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit detail production
