**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Head of Quality to join our Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) Division and lead on the quality, safety and assurance agenda across the region.

Reporting to the Divisional Quality Director, you will be at the forefront of ensuring clinical excellence across our urgent care pathways. You’ll oversee clinical governance processes, lead assurance activity, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our services - supporting safe, patient-centred care at every level.

**What you’ll need**
- Substantial clinical experience in urgent or unscheduled care (e.g., IUC, NHS 111, OOH)
- Proven leadership in clinical governance, quality improvement or patient safety roles
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, clinical risk management and audit
- Experience leading or supporting investigations and assurance reporting
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data for decision-making
- Experience working with commissioners and external partners
- A passion for inclusive leadership and improving colleague and patient experience
- Ability to manage complex clinical and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
