**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne lorry to deliver goods to designated destinations within scheduled timeframes
- Load and unload cargo, often involving heavy lifting, with care and attention to safety protocols
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, maintaining high standards of customer service
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery schedules or any unforeseen delays
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies during operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven delivery driver experience, preferably with commercial driving backgrounds
- Valid
driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse operations or handling heavy loads is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during daily routes
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations relevant to commercial driving

Pay: From £17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
