Taxi Driver

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive passengers to their desired destinations in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a pleasant experience
- Navigate through traffic and use GPS systems to find the best routes
- Assist passengers with heavy luggage or any mobility challenges they may have
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on duty
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, or in Commercial Driving is preferred but not essential
- Strong driving record with valid driving licence
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations while providing excellent customer service
- Experience in heavy lifting is an advantage, as assisting passengers with their belongings may be required

Must have valid south Ayrshire issued taxi badge.

Friday to Tuesday night 6pm till late

Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4pm.

Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £19,200.00-£49,697.79 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 50 per week
