**Job Title**: Membership Sales Advisor

**Location**: Remote with access to offices at multiple sites

**Salary**: Basic salary + OTE - Circa £25k - £32K

**Hours**:40 hours over the week, weekends may be required

**The Role**

We are looking for a passionate, experienced self-driven sales executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and supporting the Director with a range of exciting projects, you will achieve this by delivering outstanding customer service and acting as a brand ambassador to help build the business reputation.

**Main Responsibilities**
- To drive sales and member retention
- Monitoring our business Facebook and Instagram pages
- Selling new clients into our facilities via our 6 week transformation programs
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Assist in planning and running monthly campaigns
- Represent TBT Fitness in a positive and professional manner

**Key Skills**
- Proven sales experience - The ideal person would have a minimum of 12 months sales experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Prosses driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell products or services effectively
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and motivate people from a variety of backgrounds.
- Eager to learn, develop and grow with the business
- Strong interest inhealth, fitness and exercise

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
