**Job Purpose**
As the Mezz Floor Supervisor, your role will entail overseeing the seamless distribution of packaging to the production teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stock issuance to production and maintaining precise stock take figures. Your expertise will play a vital role in optimising our intake operations and maintaining high standards of efficiency.
**Duties**:
- Motivate and lead a team of operatives to provide highest levels of accurate and efficient stock distribution.
- Achieve and maintain accurate stocks within the department.
- Ensure the department adheres to and promotes the company Health & Safety Policy.
- Ensure the department maintain excellent levels of housekeeping with an ‘audit-ready at all times’ focus.
**What it takes**
- People management experience
- 6 months previous experience in a similar environment (warehousing or food manufacturing)
