Senior Sales Negotiator

Oakheart Property is the fastest growing Estate & Letting Agency in Colchester, Ipswich and Sudbury offering traditional values, but with a modern approach to the transaction of property. We are on the search for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a strong portfolio to join our growing team in Colchester.
**Duties (To include but are not limited to)**:
- Brilliant customer service to ensure customers feel welcome and looked after whilst working with our client.
- Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales.
- Our client provide a Premium Service so you could be prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings or booking appointments for the additional services they supply such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.
- Generating new business.
- Viewings where required.
**Requirements**:
- Must have brilliant customer service skills
- Great communication skills, both written and oral
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Respectful and trustworthy
- Positive and energetic
- Must have a full UK driving license
- Must have 1 year of Estate Agency Experience

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
