An electrical contractor and renewable energy installer company is seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to join their team in Kelly Bray, Cornwall. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Renewable Energy installer.

**About the Company**:
Based in Cornwall and covering the South West, this company offers extensive electrical services as well as a complete design and installation service for renewable technologies.

With comprehensive knowledge of renewables and an MCS accredited installer, this company smoothly brings domestic and commercial projects to fruition.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day tasks within the office - CRM management, fleet management, scheduling and arranging training courses and accommodation
- Bookkeeping using Xero
- HR / Payroll Responsibilities
- Supporting with H&S risk assessments and training needs, including coordinating courses and booking attendees
- Liaise with Technical Administrator to ensure all sign off documentation is correct and completed on time
- Training an apprentice Office Administrator to assist with all office tasks

**Required Experience**:

- Previous Office Management experience
- IT literate (MS Office, Xero/Quickbooks, CRM, G Suite)
- Experience in the construction industry
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability and willingness to use own initiative and be proactive
