**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly, offering assistance with inquiries and requests.
- Monitor CCTV of access pointsto ensure safety and security..
- Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Using IT systems to produce security passes
- Opening & closing of building

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within hospitality or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse individuals.
- Competent in using IT systems
- Must have valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor licence

**Language**
- English - must speak fluent English

Pay: £13.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
