**The Business**
Our client is a listed manufacturing business with billions in global revenue generated annually. The business has three main divisions, all of which have seen considerable growth in recent years with increased output from their manufacturing plants across the world; EU, South and North America. Their base in the UK boasts an impressively large finance team, with transactional members of staff right up to Directors of multiple business lines, meaning upward mobility within the business is promoted and encouraged. Many companies proclaim to be this, however, this is a forward-thinking, dynamic and ambitious business with considerable growth plans, which they know to be achievable due to increased market demand and revenue during the COVID pandemic. After a brief reset of expectations, they are now back on the rise, steadily increasing back to their projected level.

**The Role**
They are seeking a proactive Credit Controller, someone with strong soft skills who will manage existing client relationships in a professional and courteous manner. You will be primarily focused on the reduction of overdue debt, with success in the role and bonuses linked to performance against this metric. Further duties are outlined below:

- Maintain the Accounts Receivable Ledger, so it accurately reflects the true position of all transactions
- Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
- Work on and aim to resolve any queries to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Resolve any unapplied cash instances, ensuring revenue can be recognised accurately
- Ad hoc duties where required at month end or to support the wider team, as directed by management.

**What they’re looking for**
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
- Credit Control or Accounts Receivable experience, preferably within a large business
- Strong attention to detail
- Investigative mindset, inquisitive and motivated to resolve issues
- Personable, someone with a good EQ, who understand people and maintains high level of professionalism.

**What’s on Offer**
- Up to £26,000 + Bonus - OTE £27,000
