**Specification Sales Manager - Flooring and Interior Finishes** Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Flooring and Interior Finishes Industry Sector: Flooring, Carpets, Floor Coverings, LVT, A&D, Interior Finishes, Furniture, Architects, Interior Designers and Fit-Out Contractors Area to be covered: London Remuneration: £60,000 - £70,000 + guaranteed and £100,000 OTE Benefits: Fully expensed Electric or Hybrid Executive Car & Full Benefits The role of the Specification Sales Manager Flooring and Interior Finishes will involve: - Field sales role selling a manufactured range of floor coverings including carpet and LVT into (A&D) architects and interior designers and fit out contractors - Small amount of time managing relationships with flooring contractors - Targeting predominantly commercial office but also some higher education, student accommodation and "built to rent" projects - Our client only wins projects through the specification process (not through distribution) - Access to 100’s of known architects & interior designers and fit-out contractor customers - Tasked with achieving £2m revenue I your 2nd year - Commercial office projects can range from 100m2 to 100,000m2 - Fantastic research system and telemarketing support - Spending One or Two nights a week networking/ socialising and making best use of company’s central London studio (one of the best of it’s kind in London) The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager Flooring and Interior Finishes with: - Must have a proven track record of selling into the London A&D and/ or fit-out market - Specification field sales experience - Flooring industry background, may be open to furniture/ interior finishes - Contacts with A&D architects and interior designers and/ or fit-out preferred - Team player - Passion, drive and enthusiasm - Prepared to spend at least One night a week in London socialising/ networking with architects and interior designers and/ or fit out contractors - Strong commercial and presentation skills The Company: - 300+ employees - Privately held - Part of a larger business Mitchell Maguire is a specialist construction field sales recruitment consultancy, dealing exclusively with construction field sales jobs, construction field sales vacancies and specification field sales positions within: Flooring, Carpets, Floor Coverings,LVT, A&D, Interior Finishes, Furniture, Architects, Interior Designers and Fit Out Contractors
