**Maintenance Fitter**

ISB Engineering Ltd has been an established business for over 37 years in Cherry Tree, Blackburn. We work in the building chemical, paper chemicals and other industries. We also build our trademark range of machinery, including mixers, filling machines and associated equipment such as storage tanks, silos and pipework.

We have an opportunity for a permanent position as a Maintenance Fitter; we are seeking an experienced individual to join our team. ISB Engineering has expanded throughout the years, and with many further plans, we aim to continue this growth.

**Job Requirements**:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Must have a driving license.
- Good knowledge of machinery, including pumps, gearboxes and motors.
- Electrical knowledge would be an advantage.
- Confident in installing and commissioning new equipment.
- Must be able to operate power tools.
- Ability to conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, troubleshoot and repair breakdowns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We operate from Monday to Thursday, 7.30-17.45. Friday overtime may occasionally be required from time to time.
