**Job description - Research Associate**
In this Research Associate role, you’re being brought in to learn from and work alongside industry-leading professionals to help keep up with the ever-growing demand for their Executive Search services. This is a highly varied position in which you’ll gain exposure to and eventually lead conversations with top tier industry professionals from major Private Equity firms, Corporate M&A to pioneering FinTech founders.

Your day-to-day will comprise of research, internal stakeholder management, multi-channel outreach and marketing responsibilities. You’ll be a well-rounded and ambitious professional looking to impact as you learn and grow.

**Job requirements - Research Associate**
- At least a 2.1 from university
- A degree of maturity, ideally with some experience in sales/client facing commercial role
- Strong communication skills, with a desire to engage with others
- Resilience, drive, and ambition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once
- Ambition to work within a targeted and fast-paced environment
