**UX Job Spec**
My client is a fast-growing technology company headquartered in the United Kingdom and with a global market opportunity. They simplify and enhance the integrity of data, by providing industry-leading investigative software that enables our customers confidently to turn data into intelligence and evidence. **The Location**
My client has offices in Cambridge and Woodbridge. You will be engaged with teams in both offices as part of the project goals to review the product with all teams.
**The Role**
The role is aimed at doing a full review of the existing product suite, interviews with existing stakeholders and UX implementation for enhancement of our roadmap. The suite encompasses multiple products, currently developed across different stacks.
The aim of the UX role is to provide a single working clickable prototype for the roadmap in the web suite. This will encompass bringing several projects together including functionality yet to be developed.
**Must be/must have experience**:
- Is big on human-centred design - you understand its philosophies, trends, and methods
- Has a strong understanding and hands-on experience running user research methods first-hand (not through observing others doing the hard work) and developing engaging outputs
- Have a proven portfolio including development of fully clickable prototypes for web platform development
- Have solid stakeholder management skills
- Experience in interaction design, service design, usability testing, co-design workshops, stakeholder workshops, information architecture, content audits, etc
- Business acumen and ability to adapt to and discuss the strategic commercial impact of user experience and customer-centred design
- Professional consultancy skills to provide clients with insights and designs that significantly improve their business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the findings from your research or experience design proposals
- Comfortable working to deadlines and working well with others in a team or individually
- The ability to design, run and/or utilise outputs of quantitative and qualitative user research
- Experience delivering in agile teams
- A commitment to continued personal and professional development
