IT Manager

**IT Manager - Up to £47k - Nantwich** On behalf of our successful client based near Nantwich, we are recruiting for an enthusiastic IT Manager. As IT Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high quality IT support to the company, including providing in-house front line user support andutilising external IT partners when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented IT individual looking for their first IT Manager position.

**The IT Manager will be responsible for**:

- Manage and undertake the provision of IT support for all staff ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
- To manage the external relationships with their IT partners
- Manage the monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems within the company.
- To act as a systems administrator for the company network and Sage 200.
- To configure and set up hardware onto the server.
- Develop training guides and best practices, including providing effective training to all existing and new staff on the company systems.
- To develop the MI reporting systems across the company, including but not limited to Sage 200 and visual displays.
- Oversee all IT security and anti-virus precautions
- Manage the financial aspects of the IT function, including purchasing, budgeting and reviews with the main budget holder.

**The IT Manager will have the following**:

- Working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
- Must be able to communicate effectively and show good written and numeracy skills
- Capable of managing time and prioritising tasks
- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems that can arise in a typical workday
- Proactive and work on own initiative without needing direction or encouragement
- Competent at making decisions and be willing to take responsibility
- Work well under pressure
- Think strategically and align objectives with the business
- Good negotiation skills
