**Job Title** - Insurance Advisor (No experience required) **Hours** - Full time 8:30 -5:00 (every other Saturday 9-12) **Location** - Northampton **Salary** - £20,000 - £25,000 **Benefits** - 22 days holiday, Health care cash-plan, Excellent training and development programs, Gym Discounts, Cycle to work, EAP, Employee discounts, Funded CII qualification, pension and MORE **Are you a people person with great communication skills?** **Are you looking for a full time, permanent role in the city centre?** **Have you got great telephone and face to face skills?** **_THIS ROLE COULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU_** As an insurance advisor you will be having regular conversations both face to face and via the telephone to potential and existing clients, advising them on the best policies to suit their needs. You will be using people skills to advise and sell the most relevant product in a tailor made, bespoke approach. You will be given full training in order to be as successful as possible, including regular development and even the chance to work towards a CII qualification, paid for by the company. This is a perfect role for an ambitious and outgoing person with a desire to succeed. **_About You_** - You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening, and building relationships as it's important that we really get to know the clients and understand their requirements. - You have awesome problem-solving skills - all the clients are totally unique, so you need to come up with tailor made solutions to not have a "one size fits all" approach - You may currently be working in a sales role and are now looking for a career. We don't require any previous experience as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications. - You will be ambitious. Our client promotes within, everyone in a leadership position started out as an Insurance Advisor - you will be given all the tools, all we ask from you is the desire to succeed.
