As our Business Services Coordinator at Winchester City Mill you’ll be responsible for maintaining of compliance records to National Trust standards, finance reporting and the day to day management of contracts relating to the buildings utilities.

**The role is permanent and part time at 22.5 hours per week. There will be some weekend working.**

Reporting to our Facilities & Support Services Manager, you’ll be working alongside our Milling volunteers, Café team and Visitor Experience team on the presentation of the site.

You’ll be working with external contractors to help us to keep our property well maintained. As a member of duty management, you’ll be helping to keep our visitors safe and happy.

Winchester City Mill forms part of a wider portfolio of properties including Hinton Ampner and Uppark. Whilst this role is based at the Mill, the Facilities and Support Services team spreads across the whole portfolio, working to keep our buildings and facilities safe and compliant and our business operations running efficiently.

There are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills through National Trust training courses.

What you'll be doing:Day to day, you'll be coordinating finance reporting, soft facilities management (security, fire, cleaning and waste contracts) ensuring equipment is maintained and waste kept to a minimum.

You'll be arranging minor plumbing and electrical repairs with our approved contractors, data management and maintaining of business systems for compliance and finance.

You'll support site with coaching and guidance as a sophisticated business systems user.
- Who we're looking forProven experience in Business services environment with financial data analytics, records management, facilities supervision responsibility.
- Experience coordinating contractors to deliver on-site soft facilities works.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance requirements
- You’ll be able to work as part of a team who share a common goal.
- Digital and IT skills with the ability to learn and understand new systems.
- Experience of working with and supporting volunteers.
- Good coordination, practical hands on and organisation skills, including training or mentoring others.
