**Job Title**: Quality Engineer

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest and passion in technology. You will be responsible for supporting the UK and sub-contracted manufacturing through the development of processes and management of the returns system, involvingfault finding to component level.

**Main Duties**:

- Management of returns process and investigating product faults, and in turn support and manage the product issues.
- Working with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Providing feedback for process or tooling improvements, to assist future manufacturing of products.

**Skills**:

- Preferably with an engineering qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience in contract manufacturing and/or the electronics industry, with a good understanding of printed circuit board assemblies.
- An understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.
- Fault finding experience to component level.
- Good communication skills and knowledge of MS Office.

- Usual hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, finish 4pm Fridays (37.75 hrs per week)
