Football Coach

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct engaging training sessions that enhance players' skills and teamwork.
- Provide constructive feedback to players to encourage improvement and growth.
- Monitor player progress and adapt training programmes as necessary.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with other coaching staff to ensure a cohesive approach to player development.
- Organise team meetings, events, and competitions as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during training and matches.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in football at various levels.
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages.
- Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to motivate individuals and teams.
- Knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
