Our team purpose is to make Covéa a great place to attract and a difficult place to leave for the right people. From day 1, you’ll be able to contribute to this along with the overall Covéa Insurance purpose which is ‘To help people protect against the worst happening and put it right if it does’.
What would you be responsible for in this role?
- Working closely with the Commercial Leadership Team and HR Business Partner to develop Commercial’s people strategy, forecast talent needs and lead recruitment activity
- Deliver an attraction plan for Commercial recruitment needs, including developing the employee proposition for Commercial roles, aligned to the strategy for the business
- Manage relationships with specialist Commercial recruitment agencies
- Lead creative and innovative campaigns to drive attraction, recruitment and selection to minimise agencies fees
- Support development of a strong Covéa brand within the technology community
- Provide support and guidance to managers in all areas of recruitment and engagement of talent within the function
- Work with the Learning Team to develop career pathways for the Commercial function
- Reporting on recruitment activities to the HR and Commercial Management and Leadership Team

**Qualifications**:
- GCSEs in English Language and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience and knowledge
