We are now looking for Client Relationship Managers to join our busy team in Redhill, with hybrid working

As a CRM you will need to possess a high degree of tenacity, have the skills required to deliver an exemplary level of service, and the ability to forge strong working partnerships both internally with your colleagues and externally with both clients, suppliersand partners.

**Contract Type**:Full-time and part-time available

**Salary**: £24,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE + Generous commission scheme

**Client Relationship Manager Duties**:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts to build long term, profitable relationships
- Identify new income generating opportunities within your client portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve client and supplier problems
- Keep up to date with market activity to ensure that clients are informed of any changes that may impact their utility expenditure
- Analyse & report to clients on Metering & Data Collection agreements & Authorised Supply Capacity agreements
- Act as a liaison with our siteworks partners to help manage client projects
- Accurately process change of occupier requests (moving in/out of a property)
- Maintain accurate data within our internal CRM system
- Provide regular updates to the Business

**Client Relationship Manager Requirements**:

- A good understanding of the Energy industry
- 2-3 years’ experience in the sector with proven relationships with customers and suppliers, managing various portfolios.
- You will have experience of either:

- Fixed Energy Procurement
- Flex Energy Procurement
- Metering/Data Collection
- Carbon Reduction Services
