**About the Role**
At Dexory, autonomous robots are a critical part of our product offering. We design and build our robots in house and are building new purpose built spaces for assembly, testing and product demos.
The role will be based in our facility in Wallingford. You will work closely with the technical team to ensure parts are delivered; liaise with 3rd party suppliers for tight deadlines, and work with buyers to be in the know on potential hiccups/delivery schedules.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing & organising the storage of incoming stock including accurate stock taking under tight deadlines
- Prioritising deliveries and outgoing stock
- Helping unload and take in incoming deliveries
- Ensuring the quality of incoming deliveries/items is correct and noted
- Organising returns for faulty products as well as chasing missing deliveries
- Keeping on top of documentation of incoming orders & invoices
- Implement procedures for continuous improvement of processes
- Helping prepare build kits for production
- Be involved in production build of our robots when required
**Requirements**:
- Experience working within warehouse or goods-in management
- Be available for manual lifting
- Good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise tasks within a fast and challenging environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Any experience with forklift / scissor lifts would be ideal
