**PMO (Finance) - Managed Service - £55,000 - £65,000 - Remote + benefits**
Overview:
A highly regarded managed service company are currently recruiting for a PMO to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for overseeing oversight customer priorities and new initiatives to ensure we can schedule and resource project changeefficiently.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing the Portfolio, ensuring the Portfolio Team adhere to our Cantium project standards.
- Manage and review the Project Finances across the Portfolio to ensure they remain within budget, escalating where forecasting shows budgets to be projected outside tolerance. Providing insight into milestone forecasting for the programmes projects to theExec.
- Develop strong relationships with team members, vendors, partners and customer stakeholders.
- Creating a method for monitoring the progress of a company's Portfolios and improving efficiency. Building business cases where necessary to support improvements where necessary.
- Creating new Programmes according to the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Managing resources and ensuring timely delivery of Portfolios.
**Skills & Experience**:

- Significant experience of Programme or Portfolio leadership.
- Experience working as an I.T PMO manager role with the ability to handle a complex IT project portfolio autonomously.
- Experienced in using SharePoint, Office Products, Power BI and ServiceNow.
- Excellent knowledge of PMO tools and techniques.
